Flights: non-stop Air India both ways. AI 360 Delhi (DEL) to Osaka Kansai (KIX), departing 10:50 PM and arriving 9:50 AM the next day. AI 357 Tokyo Haneda (HND) to Delhi (DEL), departing 11:50 AM.

Hotels: 4 nights Osaka at RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka (4 star), Standard Double Room. 3 nights Tokyo at Mercure Haneda (4 star), Superior Room. Daily breakfast included at both.

Day 1: Arrive Osaka Kansai (KIX), meet and greet, airport transfer to the hotel. Evening at leisure.
Day 2: Full-day Kyoto tour - Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), Fushimi Inari Taisha, Kiyomizu-dera and the Gion district.
Day 3: Nara (Nara Park, Todai-ji) then Osaka city tour - Umeda Sky Building and Dotonbori.
Day 4: Full day at leisure in Osaka (Osaka Castle, Universal Studios Japan or Shinsaibashi shopping, on your own).
Day 5: Shinkansen to Tokyo, Ginza shopping district.
Day 6: Mount Fuji and Hakone full-day excursion - Mt Fuji 5th Station (weather permitting), Lake Ashi pirate cruise, Hakone Ropeway, Owakudani volcanic valley and Gotemba Premium Outlets.
Day 7: Tokyo city tour - Asakusa and Senso-ji, Nakamise shopping street, Tokyo Skytree (ticket included), Shibuya Crossing, Harajuku and Takeshita Street.
Day 8: Breakfast, check out and airport transfer for the flight home.

Meals: daily breakfast, 5 Indian lunches during sightseeing and 7 Indian dinners. One water bottle daily.

Selling price: INR 2,52,000 per adult (based on minimum 2 adults), flights included. This is a supplier-operated fixed-departure tour, not a TripKeeper-founder-hosted trip.

Payment schedule: INR 75,000 advance at booking confirmation, next INR 75,000 at least 60 days before departure, balance at least 31 days before departure.
Cancellation: fully non-refundable within 30 days of departure; INR 1,50,000 per-person cancellation fee at 31-60 days; the booking amount once paid is non-refundable.

Japan visa fees and travel insurance are extra. Seats, rooms and final flight timings must be reconfirmed before taking payment.

Arrival in Osaka

Land at Osaka Kansai (KIX), meet and greet with the local representative, shared transfer to the hotel. After check-in the evening is free - explore the neighbourhood, try local Japanese food or simply rest after the journey. Overnight in Osaka.

Day 2

Kyoto cultural highlights

Full-day shared excursion to Kyoto, the cultural heart of Japan - Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion), Fushimi Inari Taisha shrine, Kiyomizu-dera temple and the traditional Gion district. Return to Osaka for the night.

Nara and Osaka city experience
