A Phu Quoc budget for two: the all-inclusive add-on is not the villa
A useful Phu Quoc budget starts with the room and dates, then adds meals, transfers and the activities you will actually use. Do not treat a resort's per-person all-inclusive amount as its accommodation price. Premier Village Phu Quoc provides a clear example: its own offer says the all-inclusive package is sold separately from the villa. For a couple, that distinction can change the budget by millions of dong before flights are even added.
What the published meal package actually costs
The resort's all-inclusive page, checked on 31 October 2026, lists VND 3,450,000 per adult per night except 24 and 31 December 2026. That is VND 6,900,000 for two adults for one ordinary night, or VND 20,700,000 for two adults over three ordinary nights. These are arithmetic examples from the published add-on rate, not a stay quote and not villa accommodation. Ask for the final payable total and any taxes or service charges rather than assuming the page settles every charge.
The same page lists VND 6,050,000 per adult on 24 December 2026 and VND 7,650,000 on 31 December 2026. For two adults, those nights are VND 12,100,000 and VND 15,300,000 respectively for this add-on. Do not multiply the ordinary rate across a festive stay that includes an exception night. Nor should these premium-resort food figures be presented as the minimum cost of visiting Phu Quoc.
The offer describes full-board meals from a specified menu at Corallo and theMarket, beverages within stated outlet hours and weekly buffets. It requests booking at least 48 hours ahead. That is not a promise that every restaurant, premium drink or dietary request is included. Confirm the exact meals, beverages, opening times and vegetarian or other dietary arrangements before deciding whether the package is worth it.
Do not carry an expired offer into November
The resort's Family Escape page advertises a three-night minimum, breakfast, two-way airport transfers and other benefits, but gives a booking and stay period ending 30 September 2026. On 31 October, that published offer is outside its stated window. It cannot be used to claim that November airport transfers or a 20% discount are included. A page still being online does not extend its validity. Request a current offer for the actual room and dates.
Build the couple's total in separate lines
Room: use the final price for the exact dates, room category, two-adult occupancy, number of nights and cancellation terms. Check breakfast, taxes, service charges, compulsory festive meals and the deadline to cancel. Compare the same conditions across hotels; a non-refundable room and a flexible room are not identical offers. No current villa or matched low/mid/premium hotel basket was established for this article.
Food: choose room-and-breakfast plus separately priced meals, or a confirmed package whose inclusions you will use. Do not count a meal twice. A sightseeing-heavy couple may miss a prepaid lunch; a resort-first couple may value predictable meals. Check whether a vegetarian dish needs a separate order and whether the package actually meets no-egg, dairy-free or other rules. "All-inclusive" is a product description, not a dietary guarantee.
Transport: price the airport or ferry-port transfer to the actual hotel, plus each outing and its return. Vietnam Tourism identifies flights and ferries as arrival options, but a port arrival and an airport arrival do not produce the same road journey. Confirm luggage, vehicle size, waiting, parking, pickup location and return arrangements. No matched current transfer quotation was obtained here, so a precise daily taxi allowance would be invented.
Activities: quote the specific product for the date and both adults. Sun World's own Tet 2026 Hon Thom guide lists VND 850,000 for an adult round-trip cable-car product and VND 1,150,000 for a cable-car-and-buffet combination. Those are dated Tet references, not verified November prices or current inventory. Check the live date-specific product, inclusions and cancellation terms before using any ticket figure in your final total. A combo is not a saving if you will not eat the meal or use the attractions.
Flights, entry documents and currency need their own lines
Add flights only from the actual itinerary with baggage, seats and payment charges for both people. A Delhi-Phu Quoc route teaser does not prove a nonstop on your dates. The mainland connection can change hotel nights and entry-document requirements. Check the routing and individual visa eligibility with the airline and official immigration channel rather than assuming the island exemption covers every connection.
Keep the working budget in VND and the flight's quoted currency until you have a dated conversion and your payment method's fees. No current INR/VND exchange rate was verified here, so there is no precise rupee total. Retain a separate contingency for changes or a missed outing, but do not call a suggested reserve a mandatory operator fee. The bookable budget is the sum of actual confirmed lines, not a confident-looking daily tier.
