What we collect
When you send an enquiry on our site (including the planning guide pages) we collect your name, phone number, email (if you give it), travel month, who is travelling, city, your message and your preferred way to be contacted. We also save when you agreed to this policy and which page you enquired from. Marketing messages are only sent if you tick the separate marketing box.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, plan and quote your trip, and manage your booking. If you tick the marketing box, to send you offers and updates. You can opt out any time.
Who sees it
Our team. We share details with suppliers (hotels, airlines, visa or transport partners) only as needed for a trip you ask us to plan. We do not sell your data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and clicks. It does not receive your name, phone number or message.
How long we keep it
Booking records and enquiry (lead) data are saved and kept for as long as we run the business, so we can serve you again and keep accurate records.
Your choices
Write to team@thetripkeeper.com to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop marketing messages. We will reply within 7 days.
