चित्रण: सामान्य transit concourse में suitcase के साथ मदद पूछते काल्पनिक यात्री। यह Kanpur Central, railway ramp, Metro gate photo या access test नहीं।
सिर्फ nearest street exit नहीं, current railway-platform-to-Metro route पूछें। Kanpur Central Metro expansion में शामिल हो चुका है और बाद की news में railway-ramp connection है। लेकिन physical connection से आज का खुला रास्ता, continuous lift route या आपके suitcase की permission तय नहीं होती।
Kanpur Central केवल future proposal नहीं
UPMRC की 31 मार्च 2025 को खत्म साल की annual report Motijheel से Kanpur Central तक 30 मई 2025 extension और report के समय IIT Kanpur-Kanpur Central services बताती है। Motijheel पर खत्म पुराना map लेकर यह न मानें कि इस transfer में Metro है ही नहीं।
Historical report को आज का timetable, terminus या boarding-platform instruction भी न बनाएँ। Station पर IIT Kanpur की current service पुष्ट करें। MahaMetro सहित दूसरे operator का map Kanpur के gates/ticket conditions नहीं तय करता।
Reported Gate 1 link का current check जरूरी
3 दिसंबर 2025 news report Metro Gate 1 को railway ramp से जोड़ने और पहले Gate 2 के detour को घटाने का दावा करती है। इसमें connection के लिए stairs/escalators जोड़े जाने का विवरण है। यह secondary report है, dated official primary access notice या हमारा fresh inspection नहीं।
इसे staff से सवाल बनाएँ: "मेरे platform से Metro Gate 1 का railway-ramp connection आज खुला है और इस suitcase का suitable रास्ता क्या है?" इसे guaranteed no-stairs route न पढ़ें। Ramp connection की report हर platform, corridor और जरूरी lift के जुड़े/काम करने का प्रमाण नहीं।
Exact current railway exit, lift chain, measured walk या gate-by-gate photo sequence का dated official primary source इस review में नहीं मिला। इसलिए बाहर निकलने, particular road crossing, numbered railway platform या गढ़ी हुई sign sequence की directions नहीं दी गईं।
Railway ticket और Metro journey अलग checks हैं
Connected entrance पहुँचना सही Metro ticket होना नहीं। Official counter/current operator channel पर origin, IIT Kanpur destination, passengers, actual product और total payment से पहले पुष्ट करें। हर passenger actual ticket entry/exit पर कैसे दिखाएगा, पूछें।
Arriving train ticket से Metro fare gates खुलना, general QR हर system में चलना या mainline train में accepted suitcase Metro conditions में भी शामिल होना न मानें। Annual report Kanpur fare-collection development बताती है, आपके bag size/weight की current allowance या unchanged ticket rule नहीं।
Barrier पहुँचने से पहले actual suitcase और suitable gate arrangement staff से पूछें। यहाँ bag limit, fare, discount, refund rule या bags अलग gates से pass करने का तरीका नहीं दिया गया।

Original worksheet planning aid है, passenger trial या assistance booking का प्रमाण नहीं। चलने से पहले bags, tickets और route note कौन रखेगा तय करें। Family एक ही confirmed path पर रहे।
Parents को lifts चाहिए या approach मुश्किल हो
Actual जरूरत बताएँ: stairs से बचना, कम walk या bags में help। Railway/Metro staff से पूछें कहाँ मदद मिलती है और handover कहाँ होगा। Mainline railway assistance अपने आप Metro/destination तक जारी न मानें।
Confirmed open path unsuitable हो तो agreed railway pickup से exact final destination का road transfer compare करें। Capacity, full quote और pickup तक walk जाँचें। Car अपने आप आसान नहीं अगर उसके लिए दूसरा मुश्किल exit लेना पड़े।
IIT की ओर boarding से पहले
पुराने article का platform number रखने के बजाय current destination display/service पुष्ट करें। IIT Kanpur Metro stop transport endpoint है; onward pickup और exact building/meeting point अलग तय करें। Shared name से door-to-door journey न वादा करें।
Official UPMRC Kanpur site से current operator information लें। Online material से open connection और suitcase conditions तय न हों तो payment या bags दूर ले जाने से पहले staff से पूछें।
समीक्षा 6 नवंबर 2026: public sources। Railway-to-Metro walk, signage-photo survey, lift test, ticket purchase या suitcase gate trial नहीं हुआ। Current path, service और luggage conditions यहाँ अपुष्ट हैं।
