Online visa approved है लेकिन permit download नहीं होता: departure से पहले क्या जाँचें

1. Actual system और expected result पहचानें

Destination की government/embassy website से उस traveller का original application route खोलें। Sponsored result या government जैसे domain से नया support service न चुनें। Agent/application centre ने submit किया हो तो पूछें application किस official system में है और उसी route से issued result कैसे मिलता है।

Payment receipt, submission acknowledgement, approval message और actual issued permission अलग रखें। Exact status label, applicant/reference, issue date/validity और किसी बाकी step की instruction देखें। Button fail होने पर अपनी ओर से step या fresh payment न बनाएँ।

2. हर eVisa downloadable PDF नहीं

Japan एक dated counterexample है। 15 मई 2026 का Japanese MOFA page eVISA travellers को airport पर internet environment में Visa issuance notice दिखाने को कहता है; PDF data, screenshot और printed copy स्वीकार नहीं हैं। यह Japan-specific requirement है, दूसरे destinations का rule नहीं। हमारा Japan notice guide agency/QR route और direct account access अलग समझाता है।

Actual country के लिए printable document, online display या दूसरा record चाहिए, यह तय करें। Current format का dated primary source न मिले तो वह अपुष्ट है। इस journey पर issuing authority और operating airline से पूछें; screenshot को उसका विकल्प न मानें।

3. ध्यान से access जाँचें

Correct applicant/reference और original account/agency route लें। पुराना saved page नहीं, current application देखें। Authority का result/issue/document section और मिली instructions जाँचें। Blank tab खुले तो browser download permissions और downloads folder देखें। दूसरा supported browser/device केवल technical check है; permission edit न करें और unofficial conversion site पर details न डालें।

Online display हो तो वही route test करें, PDF बनाने की कोशिश नहीं। Saved instruction sheet प्रक्रिया समझा सकती है, स्वयं permission नहीं होती। Passwords, one-time codes और full identity records निजी रखें। Workaround तभी उपयोगी है जब authority का required result मिले।

4. Support से सही सवाल पूछें

Authority support या original authorised submission route से संपर्क करें। माँगा हुआ reference secure तरीके से, exact status/error, attempt time, device/browser और departure date दें। Screenshot से unrelated personal data हटाएँ। पूछें permission वास्तव में issued है या नहीं, इस applicant को कैसे retrieve/display करना है, कौन-सा action बाकी है और access न मिले तो क्या करें।

Visa download का दावा करने वाले को passwords/codes न दें। Genuine result के साथ official reply रखें। Authority यह न बताए कि नई application चाहिए या नहीं और existing application का क्या होगा, तब तक duplicate fee या intermediary emergency service पर पैसे न लगाएँ।

5. Airport से पहले travel plan तय करें

Actual result मिले तो identity/passport travel passport से मिलाएँ और dates/conditions पढ़ें। Actual booking/connections के लिए required format पुष्ट करें। Travel device पर route test करें, जहाँ चाहिए वहाँ power/internet रखें। Offline backup required live display का विकल्प नहीं।

Access unresolved हो तो authority/airline को case facts दें। Actual change/cancellation terms देखकर postponement विकल्प तौलें; airport exception पर भरोसा न करें। Parents को genuine record, relevant reply और application समझने वाला contact दें, केवल approval screenshot नहीं।

स्रोत जाँच और सीमाएँ

समीक्षा 4 नवंबर 2026। Japan example केवल linked dated MOFA page तक सीमित है। Universal download wait, reissue fee, support turnaround, screenshot acceptance, boarding permission या entry guarantee स्थापित नहीं। Country-specific requirements relevant dated official primary source और actual case की जाँच तक अपुष्ट हैं।
