parents को विदेश में डराने वाला security message मिले तो India में adult child original notice, issuer, place और time जाँचकर मदद कर सकता है। unverified forward को family instruction न बनाएँ। immediate danger में parents on-site emergency directions/local help लें; India की internet जाँच पूरी होने का इंतजार न करें।
6 नवंबर 2026 को review। यह original two-country verification worksheet और historical UK test example है। live incident service, destination clearance या real family message investigation नहीं। reader के लिए current emergency, evacuation या restriction verify नहीं हुई।
claim रखें, आगे न फैलाएँ
received message, claimed issuer/date/location और original link लें। screenshot comparison के लिए रखें; payment, credentials या personal documents वाली demand पर click न करें। familiar sender भी old/altered message भेज सकता है। parents के names, live location, booking references/identity documents group में न फैलाएँ।
India और destination की अलग source lane
India lane में current MEA Travel Advisories और relevant Indian mission website खोलें। destination lane में event की responsible authority देखें: emergency authority, police, municipality या weather agency। forward के short link के बजाय independently site खोलें। mission Indian visitors को, local notice exact area/time/action को संबोधित कर सकता है; एक दूसरे का substitute नहीं।
logo नहीं, पूरा notice मिलाएँ
issuer, original URL, issue time/timezone, area, audience, exact action और update/expiry लिखें। publication date और forwarding time अलग रखें। test, past alert, cancelled या superseded wording न छोड़ें। official logo या genuine old notice नए caption को authenticate नहीं करता।
historical UK example: test evacuation order नहीं
28 जुलाई 2025 के Cabinet Office notice ने 7 सितंबर 2025 national Emergency Alerts test का पूरा message दिया। उसमें साफ test और no action needed था। review किया GOV.UK past-alerts page भी इस event को test कहता है। ये historical records हैं, current UK trip instructions नहीं।
काल्पनिक false-forward exercise: उस old test screenshot का caption सभी tourists को तुरंत evacuate करने का order बताए। original wording/date/archive से दिखेगा कि screenshot उस caption का समर्थन नहीं करता। यह बनाया exercise है, real received forward या newly detected misinformation incident नहीं। इससे separate current emergency नहीं होने का प्रमाण नहीं मिलता; fresh local notices अलग देखें।
channel check उसी service तक रखें
6 नवंबर को पढ़े GOV.UK guidance के अनुसार यह UK Emergency Alerts service emails नहीं भेजती और personal details नहीं माँगती; alerts check करने को official site देती है। इसे हर देश/department का universal communication rule न बनाएँ। Indian High Commission London impersonating callers द्वारा money demand की warning भी देती है। यह independent verification की वजह है, किसी particular caller/message को fraud साबित नहीं करती।
fact check का scope समझें
1 अप्रैल 2026 PIB release अपनी Fact Check Unit को Central Government से जुड़ी misinformation जाँचने वाला बताती है। यह global real-time street-safety service नहीं। fact-check result न मिलना foreign alert को genuine नहीं बनाता; search silence all-clear नहीं। claimed event की responsible authority देखें।
status note दें, नया alarm नहीं
claim received, original issuer/URL, exact place/time, confirmed wording, unknowns और next-check owner लिखें। source न खुले या match न मिले तो unconfirmed कहें। official sources में फर्क हो तो दोनों dates/scopes रखें और independently मिले official contacts से clarification लें। बीच का instruction न गढ़ें।
family update में बता सकते हैं कि screenshot dated test notice से match है, मगर current local situation अभी जाँच रहे हैं। इस finding को route change, paid transfer या cancellation से अलग रखें। private details share करने या commitments से पहले parents की सहमति लें। verification उनके behalf पर action की consent नहीं।
loop बंद करने से पहले
parents को useful original notice मिला, area/time समझे और data/call drop पर local help का route पता है, देखें। जरूरी verified contacts offline रखें। new official notice या planned journey जैसे meaningful change पर recheck करें। individual readers के लिए continuous alert watch इस article में नहीं है।
