1. exact area का current official advice

destination का MEA/Indian mission advice और local police/authority notices देखें। date, affected area और actual instruction लिखें। restricted/discouraged journey को hotel assurance से override न करें। specific alert नहीं दिखना हर route की guarantee नहीं।

MEA general guidance latest advisories follow करने और family contact रखने को कहती है। यह city-specific night audit नहीं। उसके passport/visa/health wording को universal entry/medical rule बनाकर यहाँ नहीं दोहराया।

2. exact station exit या drop-off

कौन exit route पर है, planned time पर खुला होगा क्या, जरूरत हो तो lift/step-free route है क्या पूछें। particular stop का official access info लें; exit/lift बंद हो तो fallback पूछें। checklist कोई timetable, last service, lift या assistance entitlement स्थापित नहीं करती।

3. curb से lobby तक path

steps, kerbs, gradients, crossings, pavement और luggage handling पूछें। map की straight-line distance verified usable route नहीं। property से exact public entrance/recent route info लें। staff confirmation और old review/map lead अलग रखें। parents की जरूरत वाले features जाँचे बिना accessible न कहें।

4. उसी समय lighting और activity

exact streets/time पूछें, neighbourhood name नहीं। Police.uk general advice night walking में busy/well-lit places को dark quiet areas से बेहतर कहती है। risk-reduction है, lit street safe होने का proof नहीं। daytime image current lighting/construction/closures/help नहीं बताती।

5. transport और pickup handoff

route suitable न हो तो authorized local taxi या verified transport जाँचें। official pickup, vehicle पहचान, मिलने का तरीका और no-show contact लें। current licensing/booking details relevant source से लें; checklist किसी app/driver/unbooked vehicle को trustworthy, available या fixed price नहीं कहती।

6. after-hours help और communication

actual arrival पर staffed reception, human contact और shut entrance fallback पूछें। parents की सहमति से trusted family को itinerary/check-in plan दें। verified property/local emergency contacts offline रखें। परिचित emergency number या mobile data हर जगह काम करेगा न मानें।

7. parents वाला usable fallback

route/lift/vehicle/reception unavailable हो तो clear meeting point/alternative तय करें। tired/uncomfortable हों तो earlier return, other route, staffed help या outing change में उनकी preference पूछें। unknown shortcut रात में test न करवाएँ। required service/contact जाँचे बिना paper backup भी unconfirmed।

score नहीं, evidence columns

हर check में exact place/time, source/date, confirmed, unknown और fallback owner लिखें। official notices, operator access info, dated property reply उपयोगी हैं। old reviews/imagery leads हैं। points, universal walking-distance cutoff या सात ticks से safety का दावा नहीं।

काल्पनिक example: hotel station से five minutes बताया गया, मगर family को evening exit और luggage के साथ last crossing पता नहीं। row unresolved रहे। operator/property से exact route या checked alternative लें। यह real hotel, verified closure या confirmed transfer नहीं।

outing से पहले property से क्या पूछें

planned arrival/return पर कौन entrance/exit, कौन steps/crossings, official pickup कहाँ और route बदलने पर कौन जवाब देगा? reply plan के लिए है, official restrictions का substitute नहीं। booking/charge/cancellation अलग confirm करके commit करें।
