The dry season, April to October, is the usual best time for Bali, according to Indonesia Tourism. The wet season runs from November to March. Temperatures stay about the same all year, so the main difference is rain. Seasons have become less predictable, so keep some flexibility. Indonesia uses the rupiah (IDR). Cards are widely accepted in major cities and tourist areas, with Visa and Mastercard the most widely accepted, but carry rupiah for smaller towns, markets and remote places.
