पहले पहचानें पुराना hotel किस document में है। Issued entry permit, pending visa application, arrival declaration और booking confirmation अलग हैं। Parents का hotel बदलने पर worldwide "कुछ update नहीं" या "नया visa लगाएं" जवाब नहीं बनता।
हर record अलग जांचें
- Issued visa/entry permit: actual conditions और issuer की change/correction instructions पढ़ें। PDF, sticker या QR खुद edit न करें। Hotel change पर update, notification, replacement या no action, authority से पूछें।
- Pending application: submission service/mission से new accommodation और itinerary देने का route पूछें। दूसरे service का edit live application में पहुंचता है, न मानें।
- Arrival declaration/planned-entry record: affected trip का official correction flow लें, saved result और completion step जांचें।
- Actual stay/local reporting: property/authority से separate guest या address reporting action पूछें। हर country में traveller वही form भरेगा, न मानें।
- Travel operations: pickup, driver instructions और offline contact sheet में old hotel बदलें।
Issued permit के लिए सभी destinations का general dated rule यहां verified नहीं। Actual document/change पर authority का rule स्थापित होने तक requirement अभी अपुष्ट है। Booking platform room confirm कर सकता है, immigration permission तय नहीं।
Japan example: arrival edit visa amendment नहीं
Official VJW manual version 3.17,1 नवंबर 2026 intended accommodation/planned entry editing बताता है। Chapter 4 में hotel/place of stay, contact और plan register करने से पहले review/edit है। Current official trip flow में हर traveller का saved result जांचें। Manual actual screens/features अलग हो सकने की caveat देता है।
यह arrival-record example है, issued visa बदलने की permission नहीं। MOFA का 31 मार्च 2023 FAQ visa validity और landing permission अलग बताता है; visa entry guarantee नहीं। Cancelled invitation की specific procedure universal hotel-change rule नहीं। हर hotel change के बाद Japanese mission को notification से blanket exemption का dated rule verify नहीं हुआ। Japan cancellation के लिए अलग replacement guide देखें।
Arrival card visa नहीं
Singapore ICA का 28 अक्टूबर 2026 updated SGAC page साफ कहता है SGAC visa नहीं। Arrival-card edit को entry-visa amendment न मानें। Singapore service के rules दूसरे country के permit में न लगाएं। Exact authority/document name जरूरी है।
सही facts के साथ precise सवाल
Country, document type, issued/pending status, dates और केवल hotel बदला या city/nights/purpose/sponsor/invitation भी, privately तैयार करें। Responsible service से कौन सा record, official route और pre-travel completion पूछें। Sensitive numbers public comments में न डालें। Official secure channel reference मांगे तो वहीं दें, full permit widely न भेजें।
Old cancellation/change notice, new confirmation, itinerary और authority reply privately साथ रखें। Old booking से matching दिखाने के लिए obsolete hotel live declaration में knowingly न छोड़ें; official route/support लें। Instructions बिना दूसरा paid application या conflicting declarations न बनाएं।
Parents को एक current arrival sheet
Guests, new hotel name/address/phone, booking reference, dates और pickup offline खुलने वाली file में दें। दोनों parents के affected records देखें, एक edit पूरे family को बदलता है, न मानें। Driver/host से new destination acknowledgment लें। यह preparation है, no-questions immigration guarantee नहीं।
