"Airport से बाहर नहीं जाएंगे" पूरा visa check नहीं। Airside transit visa और arrival immigration पार करने की permission अलग सवाल हैं। Connection खरीदने से पहले हर traveller के passport, actual route और हाथ में मौजूद exemption document का applicable official rule जांचें।
पहले actual route तय करें
Arrival/departure airports, terminals, local dates, flight numbers और operating airlines लिखें। Airline से onward pass/baggage handover, airside route, overnight closure, hotel या airport change पूछें। Single booking reference, cabin baggage only या छोटा connection अपने आप visa exemption नहीं। Outward और return अलग जांचें।
Dated UK example: airside में भी permission लग सकती है
3अगस्त2026updated UK carrier guidance India को visa-required-to-enter-or-transit list में रखता है। Airside transit-without-visa section में journey conditions और qualifying documents दोनों हैं: air arrival/departure, उसी airport से उसी दिन confirmed onward flight, correct destination documents और applicable exemption document। यह UK example है, worldwide same-day rule नहीं।
पूरी qualifying-document branch पढ़ें। Specific visa/residence-permit types, validity, issue-date conditions और electronic documents verification restrictions हैं। Named residence permit या category D visa की जगह ordinary tourist visa न मानें। Destination visa automatic transit exemption नहीं। Actual document साफ fit न हो तो eligibility अभी अपुष्ट है; fare-search badge की जगह responsible authority से पूछें।
Airside exception को landside journey में न लगाएं। UK guidance में अलग landside conditions हैं। Airline physical route और check-in documents स्पष्ट कर सकती है, official rules के बाहर immigration exemption नहीं बना सकती।
पुरानी country list से booking न करें
German missions India के 2जून2026notice के अनुसार Indian nationals का airport-transit-visa requirement3जून2026से lifted हुआ। पुरानी January2026announcement intended future change थी, implementation नहीं। Airport transit का यह change Germany में entry या entry-required route की permission न मानें।
Singapore ICA की 27अक्टूबर2026updated guidance arrival immigration clear किए बिना दूसरे देश जाने को transit कहती है और उसके लिए specific requirements नहीं बताती। Pass/baggage लेने के लिए immigration पार करना entry है। इन examples से हर Indian passport के लिए हमेशा safe worldwide country list नहीं बनती।
Payment से पहले private decision record
- Passport nationality/type, travel dates और exact route।
- Official page, visible publication/revision date और applicable rule।
- Actual exemption document की category/validity, केवल issuing country नहीं।
- Airline-confirmed airside/baggage/pass route और unresolved सवाल।
Passport/visa numbers public comments में न डालें। Dated official rule न मिले तो point अपुष्ट कहें। Non-refundable connection लेने से पहले सुलझाएं, या दूसरे route के अपने requirements जांचकर तुलना करें। Future visa समय पर approve होगा, न मानें।
Itinerary बदलने पर
Airport, terminal route, local date, overnight plan, operating airline या document बदले तो check दोहराएं। Airline का offered reroute नए देश की eligibility का proof नहीं। Paid action approve करने से पहले workable alternative और change/cancellation terms पूछें।
