कौन-सा task है?
Printed photo, uploaded portrait, document scan और official process में captured image अलग हैं। Actual application से linked instructions लें, दूसरे visa की search result या studio का standard print size नहीं। Current route requirement न मिले तो unconfirmed मानें और official support पूछें।
Reference private रखें। Step, exact error और time record करें। Support screenshot useful हो सकता है, लेकिन official case channel के बाहर identity details cover करें। Passport या full application public forum में न डालें।
Dated UKVI example, worldwide spec नहीं
UKVI की 12 फरवरी 2026 published “Take a photo of your face for a visa application or permission” guidance में digital photo कम-से-कम600 pixels wide और750 tall,50KB से6MB, jpg/jpeg और vertical है। Mirrored/flipped नहीं। 4 नवंबर 2026 को checked यह named UKVI example है, हर country portal में copy करने का rule नहीं।
Guidance clear in-focus colour photo, well-lit room और computer/software/filter alteration न करने को कहती है। Another photo का scan/photo, passport/ID में same photo या ID document की photo नहीं। Face, background, expression और visibility instructions भी हैं; file size अकेला पूरा test नहीं।

Final file जांचें
हमारी checklist: selected file का actual type, pixel width/height, size, orientation और visual quality actual route से मिलाएं। Centimetres में print size digital pixels नहीं बताता। Filename rename करना actual format export का proof नहीं।
Final file local खोलें। Intended portrait upright हो, screenshot border/another page/thumbnail न हो। Official requirements fit न हों तो official photo route या photographer से compliant file लें। Beauty filters, AI face replacement या appearance-changing retouching से validator खुश न करें।
Image issue और unresolved portal issue अलग
Error measurable requirement बताए तो file उससे compare करें। Generic message हो तो preserve करें; बिना evidence portal broken या photo compliant न कहें। Official support से next check और supported capture/appointment alternative पूछें।
जानबूझकर bad image workaround, forum comment पर duplicate paid application या दूसरे country का “print बाद में लाएं” instruction न अपनाएं। Reference, submission या payment के consequences हो सकते हैं; start over से पहले actual service की instructions लें।
Photographer/support को क्या दें?
Photographer को official photo/file requirements दें, full visa file नहीं। Official support को verified channel में route, step, error, file properties और case reference दें। Extra evidence service से पूछें।
Older parent की help उनकी agreement से करें, account control उनके पास रहे। Unofficial fixer को password/one-time codes नहीं। Support के नाम पर identity documents पूरे family group में न बांटें।
Solved कहने से पहले
Application review/confirmation में intended image देखें और later service request follow करें। Upload success visa grant या later review pass guarantee नहीं। Official response और submitted version साथ रखें।
