How big is the group?
Small fixed-departure groups only - 12 seats per departure date. Five March 2027 dates are open: 1, 6, 7, 13 and 14 March.
Are Indian meals available on this trip?
Yes. Along with daily breakfast, the tour includes 5 Indian lunches during sightseeing and 7 Indian dinners - the most Indian-meal coverage on any of our Japan departures.
How do the payments work?
INR 75,000 advance at booking confirmation, the next INR 75,000 at least 60 days before departure, and the remaining balance at least 31 days before departure.
What is the cancellation policy?
The booking amount once paid is non-refundable. Cancellations 31-60 days before departure carry a INR 1,50,000 per-person fee, and the package is fully non-refundable within 30 days of departure.
Is the Japan visa included?
No, Japan visa fees are extra and not part of the package price. We can guide you on the documentation and process. Travel insurance is also excluded.
